Hello holiday customers!
Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic is still creating a tremendous backlog and strain on getting your orders to you. We are experiencing an increase in our processing and delivery times. All carriers are experiencing delays due to an increase in shipments, reduced workforce and other supply chain issues. This adds cost and delays to how and when you receive your orders.
To best prepare for the upcoming holiday season we encourage everyone to place your orders as soon as possible. More details about our shipping processes this holiday season are available below and on our Shipping & Returns policy page.
We apologize for the inconveniences this may cause and appreciate your support and patience as we continue to navigate a difficult situation.
Increased shipping costs
All orders now include a flat $15 shipping materials fee. These materials are required for perishable items and ensure your cheese arrives in the best condition possible. Unfortunately, Springside Cheese can no longer incur this additional fee.
The earlier you place your orders the better. Cheese boxes can be safely ordered in advance and the contents stored unopened in a refrigerator until you are ready to gift them. To ensure your order arrives before December 25 we recommend you place your order no later than December 4 at midnight for FedEx Ground or FedEx 2-Day. We encourage all orders are completed in November when possible.
When we ship
During the holiday season, we will ship only on Monday and Tuesday each week. Orders placed after 3pm MST Monday ship the following week on Monday or Tuesday. We will not ship any orders the week of Christmas.
2 Day shipping outside of Wisconsin and Colorado. Ground and 2 Day shipping is available for destinations within Wisconsin and Colorado.
Our local customers in Oconto Falls, WI may use curbside and drive-up pickup options and Pueblo, CO may use curbside pickup and Friday delivery in our delivery area to save on any shipping challenges and additional costs.
Shipping delays or issues
We ship our product in a manner that we feel will get it to its destination in a good and safe condition. We are not responsible for damage due to weather conditions or for any intentional or unintentional actions or neglect by FedEx or the receiver. Should items arrive damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim directly with FedEx.
We thank you for supporting us this holiday season.
