Morel Mushroom & Leek Monterey Jack cheese has an earthy flavor from the morel mushrooms complemented by leek onions and the creamy and buttery flavor of the Monterey Jack. This cheese is a great addition to any burger and very good with crackers.

What a clever combination of flavors! This is great as is or on crackers, etc, just like the info says. It's very satisfying so I hope this cheese continues to be available. We'll be ordering more. 🙂
