Smoked Provolone cheese is your traditional Provolone flavor with a hint of smoke. It is slightly piquant when young becoming sharper as aged. It has a firm texture and becomes granular with age. Provolone is a great cheese mixed into a veal or chicken parmigianas, lasagnas and casseroles.
