Public Health Order Lifted: The Pueblo County Board of Health rescinded the local Pueblo County Public Health Order, lifting all local requirements for businesses and events. The local order was rescinded to align with most recent state executive and public health orders. Our Pueblo, CO retail shop remains open at full capacity. Facial coverings are now optional in our stores for fully vaccinated guests. Guests that are not fully vaccinated are asked to wear facial coverings while in our stores in accordance with local regulations. Springside Cheese is still maintaining additional safety procedures and taking precautions to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers. Read more about the Public Health Order.

Pickup and Delivery: Our Pueblo, CO retail shop is open for curbside and in-store pickups. Delivery to select zip codes within Pueblo County is now available. If your zip code is in our delivery zone, you will see a new Delivery option during checkout. Shipping is also available nationwide.
